Meditation Instruction

Introduction to Buddhism

The "Introduction to Buddhism" course is suspended for the summer. Beginning
in September 2010, Classes will be offered on Tuesday evenings at 7:00-8:30
pm. There will be four classes, and the course will be repeated each month.
This is a wonderful opportunity for people to become more familiar with both
basic ideas and principles in Buddhism, as well as the Karma Kagyu Lineage
of Tibetan Buddhism.
